Seiji Miyasaka is an international investor and financier for over three decades, who has been engaged in corporate finance, M&A advisory and private equity field (venture capital/buyout). He was located in Silicon Valley since 2015 as Head of SPARX Group’s subsidiary in the US (managing Mirai Creation Fund’s VC investments in the North America). He led dozens of deep-tech investments mainly in the North America and served as board of directors at several startups, achieving several successful exits (IPO, M&A) in the US. Also, he promoted the support of CVC global activities of Japanese companies especially for Japan’s No.1 auto OEM group. He has an intimate knowledge in AI, robotics, energy related technologies and carbon neutrality area and wide and abundant experiences in hands-on management support for the portfolio companies.
He served as President & COO of IDI Infrastructures, Partner at Ant Capital Partners. He started his career at the Industrial Bank of Japan (the present Mizuho Securities) and has a broad network in Japan’s financial and industrial circles.
Seiji graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law and received a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law. Seiji is a registered attorney in the State of New York.
